We normally ask our domestic customers to allow two weeks for delivery. Framed prints and scrolls however require up to four weeks between order date and ship date. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receiving the shipment for a full refund, or an exchange (minus the shipping, handling, 10% restocking fee, gift wrap, or other charges). Please include your name and order number with the return. The item must be returned in new condition, in original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
Please note: We will provide store credit only on all custom items. Your return may not be processed if we do not have all your information. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as products lost before they reach Sedona Skies Gallery. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as UPS or FedEx, where you can track your package.

Replacements: When the original item is received, a replacement will be shipped at no additional charge.
Exchanges: When the original item is received, the value of the original item less the shipping and handling value will be applied toward the exchange item. Any difference in the value between the original item and the exchange item will be settled prior to, or concurrent with, shipment of the replacement.
Refunds: When the original item is received, you will be credited for the original purchase price less the shipping and handling value.
You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product meeting the above conditions.
You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
Damaged Products and Giclee Prints
We hope you will be 100 percent satisfied with any Worlds of Good Fortune fine art creation that you order. All orders are individually packaged in custom designed boxes to minimize potential damage. Should damage occur, fill out the information on our Product Returns page. We will send you the information you need to return the damaged item for a no charge replacement. Please contact us within twenty four hours or one business day by telephone, fax or email. Please do not send it back to the Return Center without contacting us first. Since all returned items must be in perfect condition, the shippers at the Return Center tend to assume that you are attempting to return a print that you damaged unless we inform them otherwise.

Can I order by mail?
Yes. During the ordering process you can select how you would like to order. The instructions will assist you so it is easy for you to order online, or through the mail.
Why is my email address required to place an order?
We use email as our primary mechanism for communicating with you about your order. You will receive a confirmation of your order by email. We will also notify you as your order is being processed so you will know when it has left our facility. In the unlikely event a delay should occur, we will also communicate this to you via email.
How can I send an order as a Gift to someone else?
Select the item(s) you would like to send. Add the item(s) to your shopping cart and complete the ordering information. Be sure to put the name and address of the person you wish to receive the gift in the "Ship to:" area on the order form. Check the box that says "This order is a gift". Gifts being mailed to different locations must be ordered separately. We'll make sure each gift is sent as requested.
